Paralympian, paratriathlete, and motivational speaker Rudy Garcia-Tolson spent an afternoon at CPC Chrystie Street School-Age Child Care Center on December 11th. He was able to share his inspirational life story as a double above-knee amputee through a partnership with Rising New York Road Runners.
