On May 5th, CPC and North Arrow hosted a virtual discussion on how we developed a data infrastructure that supports our mission and how we leverage data to understand community needs, allocate resources effectively, and advocate better. The session featured Wayne Ho, President and CEO of CPC, and Edgar Pereira, CPC's Chief Program Officer, who shared CPC's data journey, including the initial problem we aimed to address, how we formed our team and partnerships, and how we engaged our staff and donors throughout the process.
