On February 4th, CPC convened over 200 staff, community members, and advocates for its 8th Annual Albany Day of Action, the organization’s largest advocacy event of the year. Through rallies and drop offs with elected officials at the state capitol, staff and community members amplified their voices and advanced CPC’s three key policy priorities: securing New York State funding for infrastructure universal childcare; passing the Protect, Invest, and Expand Food Security Package; and Investing $175 million in immigration legal services. Their efforts laid critical groundwork to address the community’s most pressing needs.
