CPC Little Star Students Enjoy Puppet Show at Seward Park

On August 2nd, students from CPC Little Star Early Childhood Center attended a special performance of “Cinderella Samba” at Seward Park as part of City Parks Foundation’s PuppetMobile initiative. The initiative includes free performances and puppet-making workshops in neighborhood parks, recreation centers and schools throughout New York City. It is the oldest continually operating company of its kind in the country.

“Cinderella Samba” takes place in the lush landscape of Brazil, where, thanks to the help of her fairy godmother, Cinderella attends Rio de Janeiro’s biggest Carnaval gala and dances the samba with Prince Paulo.
