Queens Borough President's Office and FreshDirect Provide Food Assistance to Our Flushing Communities

On Friday, March 27th, the Queens Borough President's Office and FreshDirect provided meals to CPC's community members in Flushing with assistance from the NYC Office of Emergency Management and NYPD Queens Community Affairs Division. The boxes of food supplies were delivered to support CPC's Queens Community Center and the CPC Individual Residential Alternatives (IRA) program, which provides care in a home setting 24/7 to adults with developmental disabilities. CPC Queens Community Center Director Mitch Wu and IRA Manager Susan Zheng were on site to recevie the boxes.
