CPC will offer staff resources to learn comprehensive and practical self-defense skills for today’s times from Chungsanim Master Betty Sze of the World Martial Arts Center. Master Betty currently holds the rank of 4th Dan in HapKiDo, 3rd Dan in Kumite Ryu Jujitsu, and has trained in Wing Chun, Shaolin Kung Fu, Jujitsu, Judo. Tae Kwon Do, and Kumdo (Korean Sword). As a breast cancer survivor and advocate for social justice, civil rights and women’s empowerment, Sze believes martial arts, with an emphasis on the Mind-Body-Spirit connection, is the gateway to achieving true health and happiness for all people, young and old. Working as a personal trainer, kickboxing teacher, certified yoga instructor and meditation guide, Betty has led over 200 Zoom classes for adults and children during the pandemic and is uniquely qualified to help people achieve their personal and physical best.
