With the support of Senator Chuck Schumer, CPC was awarded $500,000 in the federal budget for the AAPI & Immigrant Mental Health Support Services initiative. This funding will empower CPC to expand access to direct mental health services, referral navigation, case management, outreach, and education efforts, benefitting up to 12,000 community members. Additionally, the initiative will combat the rise in anti-Asian violence through partnerships with local city, state, and federal agencies, elected officials, and peer nonprofits.
