CPC Welcomes Ruoxi Chen to its Board of Directors
New York, NY – The Chinese-American Planning Council Inc. (CPC) is excited to announce the election of Ruoxi Chen to its Board of Directors.
Ruoxi Chen is a Managing Director and Partner at Warburg Pincus, a global growth private equity firm, where he focuses on investments in the healthcare and life sciences sector. He is a member of the Board of Directors of Simtra Biopharma Solutions and Sotera Health. Prior to joining Warburg Pincus, Ruoxi worked at the Carlyle Group in the U.S. Buyout Fund, and at Citigroup. He received a B.S. magna cum laude in Economics and Computer Science from Duke University and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
