Alan Gerson Honored as a Trailblazer in Law

On March 18th, Alan Gerson, CPC's General Counsel, was recognized by City and State in its inaugural Trailblazers in Law list. The list celebrates legal professionals who are using their legal training to make the world a better place. Alan developed CPC's COVID-19 protocols and rules to ensure uninterrupted service delivery during the pandemic and worked on legal and land use strategies to develop a new CPC mixed-use development on the Lower East Side that includes program space, senior housing, affordable housing, commercial space, market rate housing and the preservation of a historic house of worship.
