Wayne Ho Appointed to the Not-For-Profit Contracting Advisory Committee

Wayne Ho, CPC President & CEO, has been appointed as a member of the Not-For-Profit Contracting Advisory Committee by Governor Kathy Hochul. This committee convenes on a regular basis to provide advice on the implementation and management of the not-for-profit fund, evaluate the use of standard contract language, and recommend legislation to improve contracting procedures.
We look forward to working with the State to enhance the state’s procurement process and ensure that human services contracts improve compensation for workers and fully fund programs.
