CPC Kicks Off Pride Month with Staff Workshop on LGBTQIA+ Inclusivity

On June 12th, CPC’s Community Health Services and Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) Committee organized an educational workshop to strengthen staff understanding of LGBTQIA+ identities and experiences. The training provided foundational knowledge about gender identities, sexual orientations, and the differences between sex assigned at birth, gender identity, and expression. Attendees also discussed strategies to reduce stigma and create welcoming and inclusive service spaces for LGBTQIA+ community members.
