CPC Hosts Annual Appreciation Reception

On December 15th, CPC hosted an Appreciation Reception at Essex Market to acknowledge our supporters and show our gratitude for their contributions, commitment, and impact on our organization and the community. The event brought together over 200 guests, including Mayor Eric Adams, Public Advocate Jumaane Williams, Commissioners of the Mayor’s Office of Contract Services, Administration for Children’s Services, Department for the Aging, and Department of Social Services.

During the event, Ji Meng Wu Li, a young participant in one of CPC's afterschool programs, shared a moving personal story that showcased the impact of CPC. Additionally,  Christine AuYeung from the Robin Hood Foundation also explained the foundation's ongoing support for CPC.
