On February 15, 2018, CPC Nan Shan Senior Center held a Lunar New Year Celebration Party for almost 600 seniors at the East Buffet in Flushing. The Lunar New Year is the most important, traditional, Chinese festival, highlighting family reunions and renewal of the seasons. During the celebration, Wayne Ho, CPC President and CEO, acknowledged Michael Wang, Nan Shan Senior Center Director, and the CPC Nan Shan Senior Center Advisory Board’s exceptional service to our seniors this year. The team works hard to ensure that the program continues to grow and provide high quality services for our seniors in the community. Mr. Ho also thanked elected officials, Community Leaders and Business supporters’ -- Senator Toby Stavisky, CM Peter Koo, Sandra Ung from Congresswoman Grace Meng’s office, Marilla Li form Assemblywoman Nily Rozic’s office as well as Community/District Leader Peter Tu -- for celebrating the Lunar New Year with our seniors and for inspiring our staff to make a better life for our seniors.

We wish everyone a fruitful, harmonious and serene Lunar New Year.
