CPC Joins Asian Peace Rally at City Hall

CPC Queens Community Center Director Mitch Wu and Director of Operations Steve Yip joined community leaders at a New Yorkers United Against Anti-Asian Violence & White Supremacy rally at City Hall park on Saturday March 27th. The event was organized by Racially Just Public Schools and Coalition for Asian American Children + Families. Thank you to the young people for speaking up, including from Teens Take Charge and Integrate NYC.

CPC stands with the Asian American community to call on Governor Cuomo to provide $19.5 million in the FY21-22 State budget to support Asian American community based organizations to address the pandemic and hate crimes. Read more details on the New York state request here.
