CPC Joins Just Pay Sleepout and Rally to Advocate for Human Services Workers

On June 21st, several members of the CPC Leadership Team joined over 50 non-profit executive directors outside City Hall for a sleepout as part of the #JustPay campaign to advocate for a 6.5% cost-of-living adjustment (COLA) for human services workers in the final City budget.
More than 300 individuals, including staff members, allies, and elected officials, gathered the following day in a Just Pay rally to show their support for human services workers, addressing the critical need for fair compensation and recognizing their contributions to society.
