CPC Shares AAPI Community Challenges on NY1's In Focus

On May 17th, CPC President & CEO Wayne Ho joined Cheryl Wills on NY1's In Focus to discuss the city budget and the impact of budget cuts to childcare and other social safety net services on AAPI, immigrant, and low-income communities. He shared that migrants, especially Chinese migrants, are turning to community organizations like CPC for support with food, public benefits, and jobs. He also highlighted CPC's advocacy efforts alongside allies in calling for the city to invest $7.5 million towards the AAPI Community Support Initiative.
