Earth Day Celebration - Newly Opened OAC Rooftop Garden

In celebration of Earth Day on April 22, 2024, CPC Brooklyn OAC re-opened their rooftop garden. 

With funding from the Harvest Share project, we are able to reopen and operate the garden. We would like to thank and acknowledge NYU Langone and NYU CSAAH for their contribution. We are so happy that some of the Harvest Share staff members were able to join us on this beautiful day. 

We would also like to thank Senator Chu for taking the time to join us during this celebration. During our re-opening event, we held a fun team game where attendees raced to plant seedlings in pots, as well as vocal performances, music, and giveaways, including mango donations from the Harvest Share team.

We are excited and looking forward to all the harvests from this year's plants.
