Nan Shan Senior Center Celebrates 31st Anniversary

The event on Thursday, May 23rd celebrated Nan Shan Senior Center's 31st Anniversary with a banquet of more than 300 guests. Distinguished honorees included three organizations and three individuals:  Downtown Flushing Transit Hub BID, UnitedHealthcare Asian Initiatives, the CPC Home Attendant Program, Liu Tee Shu of the Shu Enterprise Group, Vivian Shen of Senior Whole Health, and William Wang of Healthfirst. We received 14 congratulatory letters/proclamations from elected officials. NY State Senator Toby Ann Stavisky, NY State Assemblymember Edward Braunstein, and NYC Councilmember Peter Koo also attended the event with representatives from other political offices.
