Councilman Peter Koo, New York City Society of Health-System Pharmacists, United Healthcare and CPC Queens Community Services will be hosting a joint Community Flu Shot Clinic on Wednesday September 13th, 2017 from 9AM to 1PM at our CPC Queens Community Center located at 133-14 41st Avenue, Flushing, NY 11355

Flu shots will be administrated on a first-come first-served basis to individuals who are 18 years old and above. Please see flyer for more details.
