Joy (in) Wellness Extravaganza

Join CPC at the Joy (in) Wellness Extravaganza hosted by Emblem Health, LES Community Partnership and Cross-Systems Solutions for Families & Youth.
We will be distributing information on the social service resources available to help you make sure your family is healthy. There will also be health screenings, games, zumba, hip hop dance and information booths from our fellow nonprofit agencies.
