Fay Chiang Memorial

It is with deep sorrow that the Chinese-American Planning Council announces the loss of Fay Chiang, a visual artist, and community and cultural organizer who has worked primarily in New York City’s Chinatown and the Lower East Side for more than 45 years.
A celebration of her life is being organized by her family and Project Reach alumni will take place on Friday, November 3.
