BuildingWorks Pre-Apprenticeship Training Program Recruitment

The Chinese-American Planning Council, Inc.’s BuildingWorks Pre-Apprenticeship Training is a 12-week program in partnership with the New York City District Council of Carpenters Labor Technical College. Participants in BuildingWorks gain expereince from a wide range of courses, including job readiness, industry related math, health and safety, as well as hands-on instruction in shop classes under the supervision of journey level union carpenters. Must bring 3 following documents: High School Diploma/GED/TASC, Social Security Card, and State-Issued photo ID.
