CPC Project Gateway to Host “Freshmen Transition Fair”

CPC is hosting a “Freshmen Transition Fair” for all graduating high school seniors who are entering college in Fall 2019. The event will connect incoming college freshmen with resources and college mentors to facilitate a smoother social and academic transition for first-generation college students.

The Freshmen Transition Fair will take place on Saturday, July 13th, 2019 at 301 Henry Street, New York, NY 10002. Check-in will begin 10:30AM and the event is expected to end around 3:00PM. There will be a panel discussion followed by student-led educational exhibits and resources to learn practical skills to survive college. Free learning experience, food/refreshments, giveaways and raffle prizes will be distributed.
