Wayne Ho Discusses Mission-Driven Partnerships in New Podcast

On March 25th, Wayne Ho, President and CEO of CPC, joined host Dorian Lam, CEO of Cornerstone Land Abstract, on the podcast Start With the Close in Mind to discuss how mission-driven organizations evaluate potential development partners. Wayne highlighted the Broom Street Development Project with Gotham Organization, which includes CPC One, a 40,000 square foot community center serving 15,000 people annually, along with 210 units of affordable housing and a renovated synagogue. He mentioned that CPC seeks partners who share its commitment to community empowerment and recognize the complexities of nonprofit operations and government funding. Partners must also understand the cultural context of the Chinese-American and immigrant communities CPC serves.
