CPC Provides CPR & First Aid Training to Child Care Staff

On November 11th, CPC’s Division of Childhood Development Services (CDS) hosted an on-site CPR and First Aid training to ensure our staff are equipped with essential, life-saving skills for the children and families we serve. Led by Juan E. Vallejo, a veteran, a total of 16 staff members from across our CDS programs participated to deepen their skills and knowledge to better support their students.

In the true spirit of service, Juan spent Veterans Day with us, generously sharing his expertise and dedication. His decision to teach, rather than rest, made the training not only informative but profoundly impactful.

Juan’s commitment reflects the heart of our work: supporting one another so we can better support our community. We are sincerely grateful for his leadership, knowledge, and continued service.
