Nan Shan OAC Tables at the Taste of Asia Festival to Celebrate AAPI Heritage Month

On May 5th, CPC Nan Shan Older Adult Center (OAC) participated in the Taste of Asia Festival in Flushing to celebrate the beginning of Asian American and Pacific Islander (AAPI) Heritage Month. CPC staff distributed program flyers, offered paper-cut portraits to community members, and received a Certificate of Merit from Assemblymember Ron Kim in recognition of CPC's commitment to serving older adults in Flushing. The event showcased a diverse selection of Asian cuisine, traditional cultural performances, and interactive activities.
