CPC Joins Stakeholders to Launch the "Home Care Savings & Reinvestment Act" Campaign

On December 11th, CPC joined workers, elected officials, and advocates to launch a campaign for the passage of the “Home Care Savings & Reinvestment Act”. It seeks to return home care management to the State. The estimated annual savings of $3 billion could address the rising home care needs, improve service quality, and raise wages for New York home care workers.
The new bill was sponsored by New York State Senator Gustavo Rivera and New York State Assembly Member Amy Paulin.
