CPC Brooklyn Community Services Partners with AABANY on a Legal Clinic

On October 14th, CPC Brooklyn Community Services hosted a legal clinic in partnership with the Asian American Bar Association of New York (AABANY). 18 community members and families received free, linguistically accessible legal consultation from AABANY volunteer attorney on matters ranging from housing and estate planning to personal injury and immigration. CPC's legal department also provided support.
The event was co-sponsored by State Senator Iwen Chu, Council Member Alexa Aviles, Council Member Justin Brannan, Homecrest Community Services, Parent Child Relationship Association, United Chinese Association of Brooklyn, New York Team Up, and South Brooklyn Community Coalition.
