Alice Du and Industry Experts Share Insights on Successful Social Media Engagement

On May 16th, Director of Communications Alice Du joined a panel discussion hosted by the Workforce Professionals Training Institute and shared tips on engaging participants through social media channels with NYC Department of Youth and Community Development providers. She was joined by panelists from Drive Change, Queens Community House, and Cypress Hills Local Development Corporation. They explored the essential skills for successfully connecting with participants, strategies to distinguish oneself in the digital landscape, the challenges encountered when engaging participants, best practices for effective online participant engagement, and other topics.
