CPC Youth Help Prepare Food for Essex Market’s Lunar New Year Event

On January 31st, CPC youth participants from Manhattan Learn & Earn and High School for Dual Language and Asian Studies helped fold dumplings for the Essex Market's Lunar New Year event. The event also included food tasting and lion dancing to kick off the Year of the Rabbit. 

This was part of the ongoing cooking workshops offered by the Essex Kitchen provides to our high school students.
