CPC Speaks at Association for a Better New York's AAPI Heritage Month Event

CPC President and CEO Wayne Ho was a speaker on an esteemed panel in recognition of Asian American Pacific Islander (AAPI) Heritage Month hosted by the Association for a Better New York (ABNY). The panel was hosted on May 19th and focused on the AAPI community’s contributions to our city, impactful AAPI organizations, and challenges that have arisen with the surge in AAPI hate crimes. 

The panel, titled "ABNY Talks: Let's Celebrate AAPI Heritage!" was moderated by Angelene Superable, ABNY Steering Committee Member and Communications Advisor & Deputy Press Secretary in the Office of the Mayor of New York City, and included Wayne as well as Yin Kong, Director and Co-Founder of Think!Chinatown and Jo-Ann Yoo, Executive Director of Asian American Federation. Welcome remarks were provided by Jill Sung, ABNY Foundation Board of Trustees and Chief Executive Officer of Abacus Federal Savings Bank.
