Robin Hood Foundation Sees Community Impact in CPC Queens Community Center

On February 27, 2019, the CEO of the Robin Hood, Wes Moore, visited the CPC Queens Community Center. Mr. Moore and his colleagues came to see the impacts CPC's Family Support and Economic & Community Empowerment programs have on our community. RHF supports the Hospitality Careers Training program, LVMH Fundamentals in Luxury Retail program, Fundamentals in Customer Service program, and the Single Stop program with CPC. The RHF team were able to see the Hospitality Careers Training program and a portion of the Single Stop program in action. Not only was this an opportunity to see the community members empower their daily lives, it was an opportunity to discuss the needs of the Asian American community and the continued funding inequity facing Asian American nonprofits.
