CPC Brooklyn Community Services Receives Community Service Award from BCIA

On August 19, 2018, CPC Brooklyn Community Center Director, Steve Mei, was presented with the Community Service Award by the Brooklyn Community Improvement District (BCIA). During BCIA's 2018 Brooklyn 8th Avenue Street Fair, Rosita Chan, President of BCIA, NYS Assembly Member Peter Abbate, NYS Assembly Member William Colton, and NYC Council Member Justin Brannan presented Steve with the BCIA Community Service Award in recognition for his and CPC's work in the Brooklyn community. 

Steve accepted this award on the behalf of the entire CPC Brooklyn Community Services team. On behalf of the team, Steve thanked our community partners and elected officials for supporting and acknowledging the services that our programs provide and the hard work that the staff put into providing the Sunset Park community with these valuable services. This award is validates the work our team puts in day and day out.
