CPC One - A Landmark Home
CPC One is our permanent Manhattan home that advances our community and embodies our hope for the future.
CPC One houses our Manhattan Community Center across three floors, includes over 200 affordable housing units, and serves as the headquarters for over programs across New York City.
In addition to a community center and affordable housing, the project includes the cultural heritage center of the Beth Hamedrash Hagodol Synagogue, one of New York City’s oldest synagogues which was destroyed by a fire in 2017.
