CPC Tenant and Building Services Board

CPC Tenant and Building Services (CPCTBS) is a non-affiliated stand-alone non-profit organization with the requirement that a minimum of 2/3 of the board consist of individuals who are also members of CPC’s board. The Board supports and manages the affairs and property of CPCTBS and its affiliated entities. In addition to supporting CPC's vision and mission, CPCTBS also provides, expands, and maintains top-quality space for programs or affiliates of CPC, which provides affordable housing, affordable senior housing, or programs, services and activities.
