Wellness at Norfolk Senior Housing

CPC Norfolk Senior Housing opened its doors in 2023 and aims to meet the need for New York’s older adults to have opportunities to age in place with dignity. Part of CPC One, Norfolk Senior Housing provides affordable housing for over 110 older adults, and 31 are for formerly unhoused New Yorkers. Norfolk Senior Housing is a testament to CPC’s priority to provide New Yorkers with access to equitable resources, especially affordable housing.

The Resident Wellness Program promotes the health and wellbeing of Norfolk Senior Housing residents through case management, health maintenance workshops, and community building activities for residents, their family members, and their home care workers.
