Community Centers

CPC’s three walk-in Community Centers provide high-need neighborhoods with a variety of social services. These centers are a front door to the Asian American and Pacific Islander (AAPI), immigrant, and low-income households we serve, making food access, health assistance, family counseling, legal services, child care, and English translation services linguistically and culturally-accessible to all of our community members. Bilingual counselors and outreach workers take a proactive and sensitive approach in assessing needs through individual, family, and group counseling. More importantly, they serve as a trusted resource and advocate for community members seeking support. Internal and external referrals are made to assist families with special needs, seniors, those seeking career advice and training, and many more programs offered by CPC and our partners.
