The Lower East Side Employment Network (LESEN) is an innovative collaboration of experienced workforce development agencies that works in partnership with Manhattan's Community Board 3 to efficiently meet business hiring demand and support candidate supply. The Network helps companies recruit, hire, and retain quality candidates at lower operational costs. LESEN coaches, trains, and supports a diverse group of job seekers, including walk-in LES residents, Provides business services and technical support, Recruits for companies in economic industry growth sectors, Shares workforce development best practices with LESEN partners and employers.
