Checks can be addressed to the "Chinese-American Planning Council, Inc." with the name of the program or campaign you would like to designate your donation for in the memo.

The current Internal Revenue Code states that no deduction is allowed for separate contributions of $250 or more unless the taxpayer substantiates the contribution with a written acknowledgment from the organization to which the gift was made. IRS regulations also require us to state that neither goods nor services were furnished in consideration of this donation unless otherwise noted.
